Why do I need an event coordinator?

An event is like a giant puzzle. There are many pieces that can fit in many different ways. Planning an event in Aspen/Snowmass can take an enormous amount of time; for people who work full-time, extra time is something they simply do not have. When planning an event from afar, the puzzle is even more complicated. The numerous vendors and venues for an event can seem overwhelming. Why not leave it to the experts? We love taking the puzzle pieces, playing with them, and presenting the masterpiece to you!

How can you keep me on track?

We are here to keep your planning on track and to keep you and your event organized. When you contract an event with us, we will propose a timeline with specific dates by which to complete certain tasks for your event. We will send you weekly or monthly updates as needed until the event has arrived. We will keep track of your various inspirations, proposals, contracts and your budget to keep you organized!

How can you help me save money?

There are two short but true sayings: Time equals Money and Knowledge equals Money. Bluebird Productions is here to save your well-deserved time and provide you with our knowledge. We will advise you on vendors who provide the best quality products for the very best prices so you don’t have to spend hours comparative shopping. We will assist you with budgeting your event and will help you stay within your budget. We can show you creative ways to cut costs but still keep the same desired look. How do I choose a venue?

Venue selection can be an adventure in exploration. Trying to imagine a space dressed up for your party can be a challenge. Let us show you how to explore creatively to find the perfect venue for your event. We can help paint the picture and support you in imagining what it will look like. We can take you to places you would not have found otherwise. There are many hidden gems in the Roaring Fork Valley that only an event connoisseur knows. We can’t wait to open your eyes to the many wonderful places in which to celebrate.

Is the Roaring Fork Valley a good place for my event?

We are excited to show you the place we call home.

What information should we bring to our complimentary meeting with you?

At our first meeting we want to learn who you are and what types of things you enjoy. As we will be working as a team on your event in Aspen, it is important for us to get to know you and for you to become familiar with us. Then we like to learn all the specific event details you have established: time of year, approximate number of guests, your vision for the event, location, estimated budget and anything else you think is important for us to know.

Does my event or company really need social media?

Social media is the message vehicle of the 21st century and a tool to help your event or company succeed. Using the various social media outlets can help make your company or event an even more profitable endeavor. If your target audience is not online, then it is not a necessity for you. However, if you are reading this right now, chances are that your company will benefit from promotion and networking online.
