Hola Mexico! In just a few hours I (Virginia) will be in Mexico to celebrate my brother’s wedding. Despite the fact that temperatures in Aspen have been more “Mexico-like” than our typical January freeze, the escape will be lovely. Since you can’t be there, why not bring a taste of Mexico to your next party?
